I have already submitted this assignment and received feedback from my professor. What is lacking from my paper and what I am asking for assistance with is the SMART goals. The paper lacks the establishment of agreed upon healthcare goals in collaboration with hypothetical participants. These goals should be written in SMART goal format, should be realistic, measurable and attainable. I am simply asking for that portion, nothing else.
The rest of the paper does not need to be edited, I can work the SMART GOALS in and resubmit my paper.
I will upload a copy of the assignment instructions, and highlight the section I need assistance with.
