Not every sticky situation involves an ethical dilemma. Sometimes situations
come up that are management issues, conflicts between co-workers, differences
of opinion, or personality clashes. Many of these types of issues are handled
well using professional practice skills, conflict management skills, going
through appropriate channels, respecting the opinion of others, or just
expecting and exercising civil behavior.
dilemmas arise when there are two or more conflicting rights that are mutually
exclusive. The term “right” has two different meanings which are often confused
and misused, especially when people have differing opinions.
